There's already a soft-delete path on InvoiceService.archive() — bulk archive can extend it. Three things worth confirming before I draft the story:

Should "stale" mean overdue, open > 90 days, or admin-defined?
Restore window — your single-archive flow gives 24h. Same here?
One audit row per bulk operation, or one per invoice?

As a finance admin I want to archive a selected list of invoices in one operation so that I can clear out months of stale records at once.
